Rear wheel noise

Hi. The hot weather and the Aircon in need of a regas led to driving with windows open. I've noticed a noise from what sounds like the rear wheel. It sounds like a ssh which increases with speed. The sort of sound you would get from a cycle with a slightly buckled wheel. Went to local tyre place who jacked it up but couldn't see anything causing what sounds like something rubbing but only once with each spin of the wheel. I know the dealer fitted suspension bushes not long ago when it was mot'd and would guess the MOT would throw up any brake issues. Any clues ?

Used a recommendation and today took it to a local LR I dependent in Oxton. Spotted the issue quickly. Park brake cable holder not there so cable rubbing on inside of wheel. Garage said tyre place had jacked from side so it would move back so not that obvious. Sounds kime back to dealer as they had work done on suspension on that side of car
