An update for you .....this morning the original story of the £20 charge for the London congestion charge zone took a new twist with Ken's speech to the assembly.
The proposal has been extended to charge high emission vehicles £25 per day....... and by 2012 the congestion charge zone will be increased to cover the entire area of Greater London

I wouldnt be so sure about that, they like their ponies around here. should come over at Bathurst time or before and go for a spin around the track/road
