Removing foam case for standard scissor jack

I have got myself a small bottle Jack and had planned to store it where the standard Jack goes. But I'm struggling to get the piece of foam out that the scissor Jack sits in. I don't want to ruin it, because it may be put back in at some point. I just can't figure out what's holding it in - any tips? MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

From memory it just pulls out, maybe with a little squeeze and persuasion 16ltr V8 600hp - gone
90td hard top - gone

ok thanks. Didn't want to 'persuade' it too much for obvious reasons, will give a bit more of a pull. MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

A more robust pull did the job. Bottle jack now in its place Smile Thanks MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff
