Removing the upper glove box |

Can anyone help out with the removal of the upper glovebox in my LR3?

Open the glovebox lid, grasp the edge's and pull it's just clipped in place. Sometimes it's easier to remove the left hand vent and push from behind as well. Left hand vent also just pulls off.

it's a LR3 from the states....so my guess is that pulling the lefthand vent wont do much if the glovebox is situated on the right ....
But I think he got the message

So would that be pull up vertically or pull out horizontally?

You pull horizontally towards you. Remember it is the box which comes out not its lid. The lid (opens downwards) stays where it is and has of course to be in the open posistion for the box to come out.
