Removing vanity mirror and/or lamp covers from sun visors

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to easily remove the vanity mirror unit from the sun visors please? I want to turn it all black. Also how can I remove the lamp covers? Presumably you can do this to renew the bulbs. 2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather, towing a Coachman VIP 575
