I have a digital pressure gauge so will lower and see how they feel, when I fitted the air shocks I made the mistake of tightening the bolts when they were hanging but re did with the wheel centre at the correct height, when I fitted the lower arms I had the tracking done but I don’t think it’s needs doing after the top ones but once I replace all the rear ones I will get the tracking done, the only reason I used the polybush for the arb is they came with all the bits I bought for the rear they are orange ones if that makes any difference,
I here what your saying about letting them settle inRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

Did you ever get to the bottom of your knock? I’m on the same boat, I’ve replaced everything but this knock has recently appeared, I’m thinking it might be the steering rack but curious to know if you got sorted?
I had something similar, ended up replacing the steering rackSi

I’d check the large nut on the steering rack, undo the large nut cover and inside is a large grub screw that puts pressure on a nylon block that presses against the rack stopping it from bouncing and also gives resistance in steering. I had this problem and doing the above solved it. Your nylon is probably worn and allowing the internals of your steering rack to bounceMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)

Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)

Cheers Dazz360, I’ll check that one out. I think I commented on your post too about replacing the rack.

In hindsight Polybushes were a mistake on my D3....
Feels like you are hitting a brick wall going over bumps compared to the D4
My D3 has them on front arms and all ARBs every bump is like Must stop buying shiny toys....

Would love to get a bit more information on this - I have some front end knock that I'm chocking up to the rack/lower steering column shaft at the moment. Any pictures of what's behind the nut - can the nylong block be purchased/replaced?
