Replacing discos tyres
I have a Disco 3 with 235 70 17 continental tyres. I am looking to replace this soon. The majority of what I do is on road however I will be doing some lamping and shooting over summer so a tyre which gives off road ability would also be useful.
Can anyone provide any advice on a decent replacement? Is it possible to fit 245 70 17 and not affect the vehicle?
Regards
Matt

After reading about them on here, and fitting 4 a couple of days ago, I would highly recommend the Vredestein Wintrac 4 Xtreme - really quiet on road and excellent off road too by all accounts. AJS stock them I believe.

I have goodyear wranglers M&S (mud and snow), 90% road use, occassional off road on easter sunday with fellow forum members over salisbury plain accompanied by a "big yellow taxi"
A few others used them fully on the day, no problems

Wranglers will always cope well with Mathew off road, they only need to cope with 200yards
