I phoned up for a replacement screen the other day (I have heated with rain sensor) and I was told I could either get heated with rain sensor, non-heated with rain sensor. But not non-heated without rain sensor as it won't fit in a LR3 that has a rain sensor fitted. I don't know why but it may just be a cosmetic thing at the black strip that goes around the window and over the rain sensor won't be there so you would see all the internals of the rain sensor and e glue used to stick it to the window.
Out of interest the heated + rain sensor was 890 cad, non-heated with rain sensor 490 cad and non-heated no rain sensor 350 cad.
I think I will dump my heated screen when I replace as in Calgary it is not needed as ktm-525 says due to the low humidity and lack of ice build up on the window even in heavy snow situations.
