What is required to add NAV to MY15 touchscreen |
|
As per title, I have the hi line ICE in my MY15 Disco, I also know that many don't rate the standard LR NAV, but that aside,
What is involved?

If you have the high line radio, then you must have the MOST cables coming out of the radio, if so on a D4 you should be able to do it following some of my installation of a D4 sat nav screen in a D3.
You would need a MOST Y cable, two live feeds, one permanent and one from the infotainment relay, earth wire, then pick up the speed pulse wire from ABS system.
Also you would need to give it a Gps feed from gps module, which can be picked up cheap from ebay. I did a write up on a cheap gps replacement its on the board somewhere.

Then you will need it enabled in the CCF and BCM.
