| HOW TO RESET SERVICE , OIL and DATE INDICATORS |

Hello, well worth trying, costs nothing, i have used this method on 3 of our customers vehicles,worked on all with no problems
button A is the one below display on speedo
1. ignition off
2. press and hold button A below display on speedo
3. turn ignition to position 2
4. the message "SERVICE" will flash for 5 seconds and will then be permanently displayed
5. release button A within 10 seconds to display "OIL"
6. to reset "OIL" service indicator press and hold button A within 10 seconds and continue to hold for at least 6 seconds, the message "RESET" will be displayed for 5 seconds followed by "INSPECT"
7. to by-pass "OIL" service indicator resetting, within 10 seconds press button A for less than 5 seconds, the message "INSPECT" will now be displayed.
8. to exit resetting DO NOT PRESS button A within 10 seconds
9. to reset "INSPECT" service , within 10 seconds press button A for at least 6 seconds
10. the message "RESET" will be displayed for 5 seconds followed by "DATE"
11. to by-pass "INSPECT" service indicator resetting, within 10 seconds press button A for less than 5 seconds. the message "DATE" is now displayed
12. see step 8
13. to reset "DATE" service indicator, within 10 seconds press and hold button A for at least 6 seconds, the message "RESET" will be displayed for 5 seconds followed by "END"
14. to by-pass "DATE" indicator resetting, within 10 seconds press button A for less than 5 seconds the message "END" is now displayed
15. to repeat resetting within 10 seconds press button A for less than 5 seconds
16. after 10 seconds the service type and time/distance to the next service are displayed
17. switch ignition off
It may seem complicated, but once you do it a couple of times it is straightforward,some people say it doesnt work but this is due to not keeping to the times for each step . we have used this on 3 different years with no problems, but this is not to say that it will do every vehicle. got to be worth a try
