Restricted performance
hi guys today i have Restricted performance for alarm P242D (gas temp sensor) they was reset. What cause ?

I had this whilst in Italy turned out to to a dirty connection on rear left exhaust sensor according to the dealership hope it helps

– nessuna informazione sui sottotipi
Causa:
Cortocircuito su alimentazione o circuito aperto nel circuito sensore di temperatura gas di scarico a valle del DPF Guasto sensore di temperatura gas di scarico a valle del DPF.
Rimedio:
Utilizzando il sistema diagnostico omologato dal produttore, controllare i segnali del datalogger per la tensione temperatura gas di scarico bancata 1, sensore 3 (0x03C8), temperatura gas di scarico bancata 1, sensore 3 (0x03F6).
Consultare gli schemi elettrici e verificare l'eventuale presenza di un cortocircuito su alimentazione o di un circuito aperto nel circuito sensore di temperatura gas di scarico a valle del DPF.
Controllare e sostituire il sensore di temperatura gas di scarico a valle del DPF secondo necessità.

Short circuit on power supply or open circuit in the exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit downstream of the DPF Exhaust gas temperature sensor failure downstream of the DPF.
Remedy:
Using the diagnostic system approved by the manufacturer, check the data logger signals for exhaust gas temperature voltage bank 1, sensor 3 (0x03C8), exhaust gas temperature bank 1, sensor 3 (0x03F6).
Consult the wiring diagrams and check for a short circuit on the power supply or on an open circuit in the exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit downstream of the DPF.

Ok grazie in origine ho spento e riacceso l'auto e l'allarme si è annullato poi ho ho effettuato la diagnosi e azzerrato l'errore ...per ora non è riapparso !
Ok thanks in origin I turned the car off and on and the alarm was canceled then I made the diagnosis and reset the error ... for now it has not reappeared!
