Altox Problem

Good Evening All,

I've recently fitted an Altox WBUS-5 GPS controller to my discovery 4 via the loom in the RH quarter. After a few issues getting the some credit on the sim I was up and running. I am able to send and recieve text messages from the app on my phone to the controller and the GPS part all works.
The problem I have is that it doesn't start the FBH. I have been in contact with Altox Europe Support and they think my settings all look correct. I know that the FBH works as I'm able to switch it on from the timer in the car.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance
PJ

Is it cold enough outside?
Do you have a decent amount of fuel in the tank?

Not entirely sure what that means, is that a setting changed with an IID? I've been on to Altox again and they can see I now have a connection between the controller and FBH. I'm hoping once the collant temp drops below 15'c I'll be good.

Also if the FBH heater works from the car controls would that not mean I was good to go?

Ah understood. Is that something you have Yogi? If it is that you're not a million miles away! Very Happy

Now you're going to tell me it only works on your own car! Sad
