just lift off the rail covers, you'll see the holes with little covers on, lift them out with a knife, squirt some silicon into the wolhe, stick the rails on and screw in, the old cover can be cut with hacksaw to fit over the front,
took me 30 mins with no instructions. and i'm not too bright
you on the other hand biult yours from scratch.. reckon you'll have it done in 20
