Guys,
Probably a stupid question but does anyone know why I can't get my RSE remote to work? I can get a film playing in the back with sound but can't get the remote to do anything! I've moved the switch on the back of the remote, tried changing the lock feature on the RSE supervisor screen, all to no avail. The remote is lighting up so batteries are ok....
Any tips, no doubt something simple

 easy fix......try changing batteries, now working.
