[For Sale] Discovery 3 rear drive shafts and full new CV boot kit's
Thanks for looking Gents.
I have currently got my disco up on jacks in the garage and am working throguh a list of jobs on it including a rear diff rebuild before it potentially gets used for some long journeys around the UK and into Europe. Whilst it was out i decided to change the CV boots - not because they needed doing or were split but i thought it would be a good idea to do it, clean out the old grease and get some new boots on. Last night after trying for a while with a nylon faced hammer, i couln't get the out CV off so decided to just order some new ones from Advanced Factors and just sell these ones
one shaft is complete and has no play or boot splits and works fine. the other is the one i cut the boots off of and tried to get the CV off but couldn't and again it has no play and had no splits either.
i would send both driveshafts by post and would ask for £100 for both posted which i think s fair.
