[For Sale] Discovery 4 HSE Lux

Hello Forum......

I am going to be selling my 2013 Disco 4 HSE Lux, 84k miles, fully service history, timing belts done last year (7year interval) new offside inlet manifold

Very clean, no dents, 3 x wireless headsets 4 good Pirelli tyres...

Before I advertise it is anyone interested?

Autotrader adverts for similar are asking £23k to £25k....

I'm after £20k for quick sale

I'm not in the market, but you will probably be better to add some photos, or at least give exterior and interior colours. May help attracting interest.

I may be interested, I’m now in the market for an HSE or HSE Lux at around that price but I’ve just put the reg into the MoT checker and it’s not recognised, I’d it still on the same plate?

Hi Owen, I did try to PM you but not sure if it's worked....Is your car one of the lower tax cars i.e. sub 225 grms / co ?

Lower tax only applies to the D4.5 facelift models onwards so mid 2014 or later.. they will still be Euro 5 though until late 2015

Thanks for the info. It's only because if I have to use it as a contingency to get to the office, the city in question is bringing in a pollution charge for all diesels other than euro 6... Worth know about the difference between lower tax and euro 6, thanks.

The facelift 213g and Euro6 203g, both fall into band K currently..

K*: 201 to 225g/km £340

From what I can tell, this will increase to £360 this April'22

mine is a 14 plate facelift model and I can confirm road tax is currently £340

More of a problem, and likely to get worse in future, is that I can no longer drive inside the North Circular road in London without paying £12.50 per day ULEZ charge. Its not a huge deal for me as I dont go into town that often, but I have a feeling this zone will expand and also other cities will follow suit.

If I had realised this when I bought 2 years ago I would probably have gone for a slightly later AdBlue model which does not suffer from the same ULEZ penalty.
