Presuming this has sold; has anybody got one of these available?

Also i was thinking of just splicing in to my current two socket loom using the newer socket. Does anybody know any reason why this couldnt work?

Yes, it has been on my car for 2 years. Such an improvement over the 7-pin connectors.
