Screen wash filler point

My screen wash filler point and tube appears to have an overflow that dumps screen wash on the O/S front wheel prior to the fluid getting to the top of the filler tube.....!!!

Is this normal or do I have a duff seal on my filler neck to tank.? Big Cry MY17 First Edition Namib Orange (Detachable Towbar)
