service & warranty work Ford/LR dealer or stand alone LR

I live about 20mins from a Land Rover/Jag/lincoln/mercury dealer, and they do all of there service out of their ford shop. But there is a Land rover stand alone dealer about 40-45min away from me. Would I be better off taking the D3 to the one stand alone LR dealer for my warranty? Or do the ford guys really have the same training?

probably no difference - I suspect they send x number of techs on the LR training, and the rest is pretty generic stuff.

See how you like their service, and then decide if you want to drive the extra miles for a different experience. 08 LR3 SE V8 - 02 D2 SE7 V8
