shaving mirror
i'm only 2 weeks into my love affair with the d3 but i am struggling to get my head around the shaving mirror view from the n/s door mirror. is this normal, should i put it down to one of the land rover quirks.
in true female fashion the wife is completely bemused by the view through the mirror. it must be the once a month no spatial perception excuse.
still no word from the stealer re the delivery faults (cd knackered, new auto lever req., new seat base) but as yet i really dont care.

eh? my Disco3 N/S mirror view looks 'normal' i.e. the view i'd expect to have.... could be a mis-build and they've fitted the LHD mirror....

Make sure it has the correct glass fitted. There are 3 types, UK, USA, and Middle East. I broke my mirror glass, and the dealer ordered a USA by mistake. It was flat not convex and looked totally wrong.
Got the correct UK one and it was much better.

shaving mirror
perhaps i really need to check the glass because when i look out through my front room window at the reflection in the mirror it looks like next doors house is sat next to the d3. when driving the thing its like stepping back in time to when drink driving was the norm!!!

Do you know anybody nearby with a D3 to which you can compare? I'd pop back to the dealer and get them to have a look. They'll have enough D3s knocking about to support your case.D3 HSE V8...
