D3 07 HSE - gone to car heaven
FL1 - gone to Romania
D3 05 HSE - gone to a divorce diet
D1 V8 manual - gone but not forgotten
RR Classic - gone to car heaven
Jeeps, Lexus, X-trails... Too many to name..

Thanks for the help! Is the torque converter and inevitable problem? Or is it just in some cases? I’m 23 so I can only dream of those insurance prices
Those insurance prices you thought where insurance prices are the road tax prices I would say

Get a good one and you'll be smiling for years to come. I'm looking forward to a trip out in mine tomorrow. Any excuse to go out for a drive.

Classikfan that’s my thoughts exactly! Get something good that’s gonna last, that you can customise for your needs knowing that you’ll be owning it for a long time where are you heading in yours?

The D2 is easy to work on DIY and very cheap compared to the D3/4. The 3 obviously drives nicer than the 2 but not as nice as a 4. A 3 was too nice to do the things I still want to do in my 2 but not as nice as the runout 4 I ended up with. Of the 3 cars the 3 seems to be the one with the most significant issues so I decided to keep the 2 I've had for 7 years but stretch my new car purchase to the D4 (I did have a baby RR to part ex which was amazing on depreciation) Ultimately I'll keep the 4 and swap the 2 for something for the wife when we don't need 2 big cars.
