Shouldn't my steering wheel be on straight?

After Stratstone did some suspension work a couple of months ago (anti roll bar bushes and something swingarm-y) my front tyres are now bald on the outer edges.
I took it back and shelled out a hefty £95 to get the "four wheel alignment" treatment.

They gave itme back saying the adjustment was "quite far out".
On the way home I notice that my steering wheel now points significantly off to the left.

Do I have a quality complaint and am I within my rights to expect that they do the tracking AND give me back a car with "straight-ahead" steering wheel? My service rep can be a bit of an excuse-merchant and will wriggle out of rework if he can.
cheers

Sounds like what has happened to Mrs DSL's car, unfortunately that dealer is 250 miles from here so cheaper to pay £95, assuming servicing dealer would do it FOC.

Mines due to have the rear AR Bushes by my dealer, do I need to look out for this too Question

TFC diagnosed the bushes failing, and pointed out the play in them, N/S alot worse. TFC did say its a simple job, wheel off n replace, will that require a 4 wheel alignment

Just asking as my MTR's are as new, not wanting to tear them up

No Simoniz - you were right. Stratstone's mis-aligned my wheel. I think Lakeland did DSL's missus' car.
cheers
