Take it back to the dealer and get them to rectify it.

are you involved in the manufacturer in sone way at the Liverpool plant ?

I would ask if you could define "Top Quality".......to me its a conformance to a defined specification or what the customer demands or expects...car manufacture is volume process of a commodity we pay a lot for & most revere their cars..."I just like clean lines" - so guess you want what the designer intended...it can be done without being created by a coach builder...

Top quality to me certainly isn't the D4, its good but it can be so much better. I expect a car in the price range and also manufacture to make me feel special. I certainly expect a boot to close without having to slam it.
