Slight rumble / vibration around 30mph

Hi Discovery 4 with 41K I think there is a rumble through the front wheels at around 30mph. This could be road vibration. Is there any known torque converter issues and is 30pmh when it kicks in ? Car appears to have never towed as no electrics or tow ball etc thanks

My D3 developed the rumble/judder around 30mph and 1,400rpm but would stop when I knocked it into Command and changed gear. This was then followed by a surging in the revs from 1,400 to 1,800 and then back again (not that you'd feel it in the motion of the car, just on the rev counter) - again, cleared by accelerating through it or dropping it into Command.

Turned out to be the torque converter...
Previously owned an '08 D3 HSE in Stornoway grey but jumped ship to see what the Swedes have to offer.
