Small bubbling patches in wheels

I have noticed on a few small ‘bubbling’ patches on my alloy wheels. Car is 5 years old (today). Checked the paintwork guarantee which specifically excludes them. Have I any recourse to Land Rover to get them sorted?
If not any suggestions of best way to stop bubbling getting worse?
Thanks
 Gary

I suspect LR will have little interest as sounds like chips in the lacquer / coating allowing water to corrode the alloy?
If the wheels are powder coated, they will need refurbishing, not massively expensive.
If they are diamond cut (I think on Landmark only?) they will need a re-cut and lacquer which is more expensive.
Now Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.
