I'll follow this since I have the same challenge: I can open the key as per the instruction/owner's handbook but not enough to get access to the battery compartment as indicated in the handbook...?

only takes a couple of minutes - I just followed the instructions Thumbs Up Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

What do I do wrong if I can only open the key like this and not as shown in the handbook?




EDIT: I just realised it's on the other side, ups...
