Hello all knowing
Should dealers be doing software updated during service or is it simply the case of them not giving a toss to check what needs updating hoping some poor soul will be forced to pay for bulk job when warranty expires and all?

I thought software updates was an item on the service schedule that they need to tick when doing the service.
