Not sure. Can’t see any reference to G3 on it. It is dated 28 Feb 2017 S/N 17A-4121

According to the Vehicle Coverage table here https://www.gap-diagnostic.com/products/iidtool/ – the latest Gap IID Tool G3 is only required for JLR models manufactured after 2017.

That said, in each of the GAP IID instruction manuals for each model (previous and G3) both list the New Discovery (5) in the 1.6.2 Model-Referent code of covered vehicles section, whereas the table on the webpage above suggests the G3 is required for a Disco 5.

Caveat Emptor, but it seems Disco 3 or 4 owners can use either Gap tool without limitation.
