I see lots of knives I fancy but have yet to see one that will replace my Puli of Hungary knife.
Puli are very under rated but are hand made by a family with a long tradition of knife making and reasonably priced.
I must say yours takes my fancy and I am sure someone will take it off your hands.
Whoever buys it wants/needs to put a piece of cord through the handle to make it easier to find should it drop in long grass. If it ever did get lost I am sure the owner would cry for at least a fortnight, if not longer
Good luck with the sale, very reasonably priced for what looks like a quality knife.

I have the standard f1 and love it, it's my go to knife at the moment and has been for the last two years.
I managed to chip the edge recently which was completely my fault A mouse pad and some wet & dry paper and it's now back good agin!

I was in the habit of stropping it after most uses which meant I never needed to sharpen it, as sharpening a convex worried me too! After I hit it into a stone and chipped it I had no choice but to sharpen it and it turned out fine. It's not quite good as factory but it's pretty close.
I have the Work Sharp Ken Onion edition and I've been toying with the idea of buying the blade grinding attachment to get it back perfect, to sharpen my new kitchen knives also!!

I have the ken onion sharpener, but find its ok for scandi grinds and kitchen ware but havent used it on anything more precious, preferring wetstones and strop with fine paste....................................................................................................
