We took care of a similar issue on my ladies D3 in LA.
Check that the cowl is not letting water into the pollen duct and wetting the wires inside the cabin. Also The wires behind the battery could be getting wet or the acid from the battery could be getting on the wires behind the battery. We had that issue of getting codes and losing the radio. We discoverd that when the battery was replaced they did not hook up the battery drain pipe properly and the acid was spraying on the wires behind the battery. Also since the cowl was warped, when it rained or when we took it to the car wash water was wetting all the cables there. We had the battery drain pipe hooked back on and I taped (with black electric tape) the edge of the cowl to the windshield so that water can't get in through edge of the cowl and into the pollen duct. It has been good ever since we took care of both of these things.
HDC is usually is do to a battery being low.

Just had a call to say the diagnostics is saying broken left side ABS sensor and that he says he broken just by looking at it.
Would that create ALL those faults?

There are people on this forum at the main compass points who have the necessary IID skills and licences to check your car properly.
Personally I would be charging my battery in the meantime.

The indy its at (LR specialist) said he has done a battery "drop" test (?) and that side of things is OK.
He said the left side ABS sensor is definitely broken, its shows that fault on his diagnostics and he can see its knackered by looking at the wiring (says is all chaffed).

All fixed.
2 x ABS sensors (1 brokena dn the other not in the best condition, so changed) and 1 x brake pad warning sensor (didnt cause any faults, but while he was in there etc).
Happy Discovery!
