Spare wheel carrier

Have a 2016 Landmark
Had the spare wheel stolen they cut the steel cable
Got replacement parts from dealer have looked at videos online which show it as simple 6 bolts to undo .
Except on my car yes there are 6 bolts but then the plastic suspension air tank is in the way
Is there an instruction about this

You can get the spare wheel winch off without disturbing the ad blue tank. Just undo winch bolts and manoeuvre out.

front studs clear but it wedges on plastic tank
Will try a bit of prybar persuasion

16 plate Landmark you will also need LR078960. Land Rover describes this as tyre guard and wheel protector however you have found out it does not protect the spare wheel. You will also need an aftermarket spare wheel protector to prevent future thefts.

Sorry to hear the thieving Censored took your spare wheel.

Thumbs Up for RLD spare wheel protector. Some thieving Censored took my spare wheel a few weeks after I purchased the car. Had the winch etc replaced and fitted the protector and still have my spare wheel - an absolute must and a very easy mod to fit Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
