Spare wheels

An off the wall question maybe....talking to a pal of mine last night about LPG conversions (he does them) and I really don't want to give up the spare wheel.

Anyway, he tells me to get a space saver one. I almost choked on the coffee but he assured me there was one available. Is he right? I googled it but nothing definitive like a part number or anything.

Just can't see why LR would make one when it goes underneath Question More to the point, if there's a LPG tank where the spare wheel used to be then there is no room even for a space saver...

I'm guessing this is a job for TFC or TLO maybe.....

You can run a space saver, just stick it in the boot.

I'll sell you mine if you want Whistle

I have a space saver in the garage before I purchased a full size spare. Open to offers. Brand new never used

Well you lovely bunch of chaps.....all these offers. Now what's a bloke to do.

Seriously, I would never have believed it, truly I wouldn't. Laughing I bet it looks weird on the car.

Yes, I would like to buy one assuming Tony can do the car on this new system he's using. Still asking questions and trying to find a D3 V8 already on this system but looking promising, mainly because it's a freebie offer so he can use me as a reference customer. To be honest I don't really care about the cost of fuel (except maybe when the tintent is in tow - ouch 11.6MPG) but when a mate offers it for free ???? Well it'd be rude not to Laughing

Which of you nice chaps is closest to me? (between Tamworth & Hinckley) and would like to part company with theirs. I would offer a respectable price and make a donation to site funds.

Thanks & regards all

Dom
