| stereo/head unit not working DESPERATE HELP NEEDED!! |

Hi, I have a 2010 D4 HSE... so had a bit of body work done on the boot lid... the body shop chap disconnected A couple of plugs above the door (2 next to each other, 1 large and 1 small) he then did a lovely repair on my boot... everything is working!
Apart from my stereo/head unit... it’s gone black and no buttons are working!! What’s happened!? And how can I fix this! Any help greatly appreciated!

Try a hard reset
