One wonders what type of surface might have been encountered on this country road. Tarmac, quicksand, or something inbetween Wink

Sounds like the ditch was so deep as to ground the chassis.

If you had selected off-road height, and tried to move, the car would have eventually gone into extended mode (says in the message centre), you could then have held your foot on the brake and held the suspension switch into the raise position for 5 seconds and super dooper extended stilt mode would have ensued, if it still won't move your f***ed Wink

Its pretty obvious that since you had two wheels sinking in thick mud, that two of your wheels have mud caked in the back of the wheel, hence the wobble.

It does not take a dealer visit to sort this out, just a hose pipe.

But is there a hosepipe ban in St Albans?

Maybe this counts as an exemption under 'safety' rather than 'cleaning car' Wink

hose ban

Then use a stick and fingers and break away all the dried mud.
