Frank Ogg in Elgin have recent experience in fixing this, mine had the same and they repaired a wiring corrosion issue (ISTR) in the front left wheelarch.

Had a word with the LR tech today. The fault centres around water ingress to a blue wiring plug behing the NSF wheel arch. Apparently the design was changed in later models..............humph Sail Fast - Live Slow...

20% off does that include buying parts over the counter that im going to fit myself?
After seeing a few of you have had this problem during my rebuild i have sprayed the wiring with waxoyl and wrapped the plugs under the arches in denso tape to stop any water ingress and corrosion
