Suggestions for roof fixtures on front above Front doors

There’s two holes exposed roughly above each front door where a roof rack has been on previously. I would like to keep a classy look and avoid roof racks. Anyone have any suggestions of nice led lights or anything else to fit here.

Sounds like the pick up holes for the longer style roof rails and not where a rack has previously been fitted. Wink Mods:
