suspension fault
my air suspension is playing up the amber light is on any ideas ? . this is what the gap iid shows up .

Poor connections/wiring on the reservoir valve, or valve needs replacement.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ yes if only,ive had the res valve code for 2 years now fitted cheap Chinese valve then genuine valve had all the wiring apart lots of times and still have the amber light,mind you its all works and has been through 2 mot,s now just a bit slow going up as the reservoir has no air in it to speed thing upplease excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

its a cheap chicrap valve from ebay that i fitted .2005 discovery 3 tdv6

now showing fault code c1a20-64 pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir . i have just ordered a new compressor2005 discovery 3 tdv6

changed the compressor and its still showing pressure increase too slow when filling reservoir . this fault was not there before changing the valve . could the cheap china valve be not as good as it should be ? .2005 discovery 3 tdv6

Just had the same problem. Removed the valve and took it apart, cleaned it up with brake cleaner then blew it out with air. In mine the plunger was stuck and not moving. This turned out to be the small "O" ring in the plunger body. Once replaced the plunger worked fine so reassembled it putting new "O" rings all round. Now seems to be working okay, will need to wait and see if the problem comes back.
I would refurbish the old one and put it back in.

everything seems to be working ok . its only used for road use its just the amber light is on . is this a mot fail ? not due till march so i will then fit a genuine valve .2005 discovery 3 tdv6
