Suspension feels like well worn minicab - 93k miles, normal?

I've noticed in the past few weeks the suspension feels really quite firm and bumpy. Nearly on par with an M3!
No errors and the hydraulics work fine.

Front bushes/boots/arms (whatever they are) were done at around 60k miles.

We tow a fair bit (around 3T). Is there a typical life expectancy where the air suspension needs a refresh?

I've also had new rears added after a blow out while towing. Had the tyre pressure put ABOVE LR recommendation but still within Pirelli (Scorpion) guidelines. Could the rear tyre pressure be making it feel like a soap box?

Tyre pressures can indeed make a difference. Generally I run mine around the 40psi mark except if I know I'm going off road. But the rear upper arms if they are showing signs of wear will also make the rear end somewhat like you describe. Although the front lower arms I see have been done, the next most likely ones to be on the list are the rear uppers, so that could be your problem.

As above regarding tyre pressures, especially if you are running on non standard (bigger) rims.

40psi on the front is very high

I have noticed even a few psi discrepancy can cause weird handling issues, especially narrow lanes with undulating tarmac.
So drop pressure to what lr say and try again.
