In summary, if the car is left for ~24 hours the front drops between 0.5 & 1" (measured between top of wheel and bottom of the arch). If left for longer, it keeps dropping until the suspension at the front is on the stops. The rear follows as the front get's really low - however the rear never completely drops.
It's been in and out of Marshall's Cambridge, they've pressure and leak tested and there is no issue. They've left it with the battery disconnected and not seen any lean (I am not sure as I've not done this myself) and there is not any fault codes present.
They've also taken loads of "other" measurements and sent them to LR technical who are the ones who diagnosed the NSF height sensor.
So what do I do next?
I am loath to take it back and just spend money on more diagnostics and swapping components over.
If I was to replace the OSF height sensor, does this need calibration - if so how?
Any other thoughts?

Have you had a good look at the suspension air bags?
Only thing I could think of is if there is a leak in them somewhere??
Hope you fix it

Been leak tested apparently so they don't think there's a leak in a suspension bagSill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Yes it will, something like an IID tool will do it, I guess a Nanocom or MSV2 Mark.

I thought it might! Was thinking that if I replaced the sensor I could buy 1/2 an IID tool with the money saved!
Then I just need to find something else to justify my spend!
However first stop is working out if it would fix the issue!!Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

So after all the tests Marshalls have done... Turned car on last night and levelled it, turned it off and then pulled fuse 26 in the engine bay.
Still dropped this morning so suspect front valve block based on research and comments from others. Will look to replace this.Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

The AF site has it listed under D3, other sites have the same part number with a G appended to it and say it's for a D3 or D4.
I would rather buy from AF as the service is brilliantSill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Hello Mr Tom,
Very useful thread, how did you end up?
What is that in your photo? And did you replace the valve block with the one on the AF link.
