Suspension issue with red light

Bit of a weird one this.

I'm getting an Amber warning light on start up with Special Programs off message. When I approach 30mph I get a red warning light telling me that I shouldn't go over 30 mph

What's odd is that all four corners are at a normal height. They don't drop overnight and it's been like that for a couple of days.

I suspect that I'll need to get the codes read but I thought that the car would collapse down to it's stops before the red light appeared?

MY guess is that the compressor is working but maybe the sensors are causing a problem? It's been ridiculously wet around these parts and I'm wading through puddles daily

It's on an 05 plate, switched from Hitachi to AMK after 7 years, air box has been replaced, the rest of the air suspension system is original.

If you have the 4x4 info screen (profile doesn’t say whether you have have a HSE = satnav present) you can see whether one of the sensors is malfunctioning by one of the corners being significantly different than all the others.

Reading codes is a good idea Thumbs Up

Bog standard "S" on an 05 plate.

The 30mph warning is going off every 30 seconds and is now doing my head in. It's either fix it, turn the radio up or buy a box of ear plugs.

Had the codes read, then the mechanic cleared them down and read them again.

This is what was reported before clearing the faults. I've only shown the relevant ones and left out the Engine EGR (blanked by plates!) and Body Contorl Module stuff:

Aall Terrain Control Module
U0402-94 Invalid Data Received from Transmission Control Module
U0421-94 Invalid Data Received from Ride Level Control Module

Vehicle Dynamics Control Module
U0132-87 Lost Communication with Ride Level Control Module

Ride Level Control Module
C1A13-64 Pressure Does Not Decrease When Venting Gallery
C1A36-01 Exhaust Valve (General Electric Failue)
C1A27-12 Compressor Circuit (Circuit short to battery)
C1A20-64 Pressure Increases Too Slow WHen Filling Reservoir

Parking Aid Control Module (three different censors)
B1B48-01
B1B48-96
B1B50-01

So after clearing all the faults and then re-scanning the codes we had:

Ride Level Control Module
C1A36-01 Exhaust Valve

That was it.

I've had a bit of a Google and it's not clear cut. Any thoughts on where I should start?

Looks like one the exh valve is sticking and possibly other elec gremlins. They are easy to rebuild yourself once you identify which make is fitted. (AMK,Hitachi, Donlop, etc) A new relay would be advisable also Thumbs Up

Update

I didn't have the skills to fit or refurb the compressor so bought a recon AMK one off eBay for £120. Far better than the £550 quote for a new one inc fitting. I couldn't justify that kind of money on a 14 year old car that's on its last legs. Also spotted that some of the wires had chaffed so taped each one up and all is well.
