Suspension Playing up

My suspension is mucking around a bit. If I select access while stopped it comes up saying extended height and begins to lift itself to extended. I can get to access but I have to hold the switch to lock it. Normal and offroad are ok but I think it is taking a bit longer to settle at whichever height I have selected, in other words the arrow on the switch seems to take longer to go out. Have just tried again and if I select access it goes to extended and says select something once cleared obstacle. I can drive the car and it stays in extended with the same message. Have to select offroad height or normal to get out of it. seems to take abit more time than usual. It doesn't say "suspension fault"

Long shot, but have you had a look underneath? Maybe something is lodged somewhere triggering extended mode Question
I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?
