Suspension tight tolerance mode - which heights?

Does tight tolerance mode mandate normal height or can other selectable heights such as off-road height be selected? I assume that TTM is at least for normal height, not some special wheel-alighment height.

I'm trying to get good normal and off-road hub-to-guard distance and sensor voltage readings but with 3 instances of both normal and off-road height I got 3 different sets of readings for each from the same wheel for all 4 wheels.
