Ok, so did you replace with good used or new? Im tempted to just do number 5 as it is so much lower than the others but everyone has a different opinion. I dont really want to put a full set in.
Im a mechanic and have Snap On Solus Ultra should anyone need help.

It's the higher reading ones that will be causing you trouble, not the lower reading ones. Rolling Eyes

Ideally, they should all be around the ~1000 mark (as far as I know) but anything over 1400 is likely to trigger fault codes (Fuel trim at maximum limit and Injector restricted are amongst the most popular).

So, I guess this means you need to replace all of them except number 5. Big Cry

OK I have taken out injector number 2 and stripped it down and found that the top O ring is bust.

Does anyone know where I can get one to replace this?

Oh and yes if you also know where I can pick up a single leak off retaining clip Thumbs Up

No not normally, I got mine out easily with a long 12mm Allen key as a lever on a 12 year old.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I think you may need to do some research before refitting that injector to the vehicle as I think that large nut you have undone is how they adjust the injector pressures?
Some vids on youtube.

Ah, cunning. Using a 12 year old to get to the awkward bits. Smaller hands, very useful Thumbs Up

A Five year old would be even better!
