Terraferma 18" steel wheels

Hi I have been looking for a set of wheels to use on and off road. I spotted these on eBay
discovery 3 steel wheels discovery 3 off road wheels 8"x18" terrafirma x4 tf152

I know that there are many threads on the forum that indicate that steel rims are not ready available! Opinions would be appreciated. Ps what tyres would be best for mixed use?
