Ok, its been well documented that it seems they are no longer offering this service to customers, and has been withdrawn, so once your annual policy expires that is it.

However, mine was on monthly DD, and should have expired in January, not had a letter to tell me its ended either. Do I keep schdum and hope I can use them if a fault arises, or come clean.

Minimum that can happen if I keep it shut is a refund of money after policy ended.

What would you all do Question

Hi Mac,

If they keep accepting your payment then surely you have a tacit contract with them?

If they havent formally ended it then I suggest they would have to honour it?

Id stick with it!

Thumbs Up

Doubt it, they'll apologise for taking too many payments and refund. Worst case is you don't have a warranty and a big bill to pay! Shocked

check your paperwork when you took out the policy - did it have an end date on it? bet it did - think you are being naive at best ...
