I believe this modification is only available for the Bosch head unit but I may be wrong.

yes it is correct but since my D4 is late model only have one option of headunit

I went with that after I got smashed 7 inch Chinese replacement for head unit and long battle to get full refund

HI Greg I also have been looking at uniques interface for my 12 plate disco with bosh screen, does it work as intended and is it an easy fit. Mainly looking for better nav & spotify. regards John

initial fit is easy which comes to removing pretty much most of the mid console and head unit then you connect a few provided cables to test it out

took me 2h plus including climate panel but routing all the cables is PITA

i placed my unit under the steering column as there is way more space than on opposite side and zip tied it to lower plastic panel

audio cable is long enough and shoots across under the dash to glove box aux port coming out under glove box fuse cover
