Thermo Top V compatible with Webasto T100 HTM

Hi all,

I have a Disco 4 (2012) with a Webasto Thermo Top V Fuel Burning heather. I’m wondering if Webasto T100 HTM is compatible with my car. As far as I can see I have no transmitter / receiver mounted to it. It’s only kicks in when when the car is started and criteria regarding temp etc. are met.

Hi welcome!

But NOT the branded ones! If there is a logo from another brand (merc, bmw,vw,etc.) on the label..

Stay away from them...

If you need to buy new... consider a webasto thermocall Instead of a ordinary remote...

700m with a building in between is the same effect as 10km, does not work..... GSM though, works almost always Thumbs Up
 Best regards
Harold

Thanks Martin and Motolab! I bought a Webasto Telestart T100 kit (not branded)

I have removed plastic on the right side at the back and found a male contact that looks to fit to the receiver. However, the receiver came with two cable looms. Guess these also need to be connected, or? See pictures in gallery. Ideas on how to proceed is appreciated.

Hi! I have tried to connect the antenna to the Telestart box and mounted it to the connector behind all the plastic interior back in the rear compartment. I guess it’s not enough to be able to start the FBH via the remote control? Any advice how to proceed?
