How about this for a gadget !!
I spotted this Disco2 in Esher today - the thing you can see on the roof is a 'cyclops' camera similar to those found mounted on the underside of a police chopper - there is also a transponder type stalk next to it.
Its being used to track horses around Sandown Park (the Gold Cup is on today) put Channel 4 on and you can watch it in action.
