Its that Time.

Well guys my time to retire has finally caught up with me, and its time to hang up my spanners, those that know me, know I went through a rough time a few years ago with Cancer.

I thought at the time, and my Doctor told me I would need to quit from heavy work as it took a lot out of me, but with perserverence, and unwaiverd support from my wife we managed to get through it until now. I never thought I would get this far on from that time. But with the latter and an ageing body its time to relax and enjoy the rest of my time.

I have made some great friends from the board and had some excellent meet ups. In my early years when I travelled all over the UK fixing these wonderful cars I thoroughly enjoyed my trips and got to see some places and meet some great individuals I would have never met without these trips.

One trip I really did enjoy was my trips down to Geoff. who was a member & sponsor when we did the Cambelt weeks ends at his house, great times and got to meet the legend Stephen Horner from Advanced Factors.

I need to say a big thanks to Steve and all the staff at AF for there support over the years. Also to Martin for this wonderful site.
Also to Pete Bell at BAS for his help and support and the great products and software.

I will still be around and help out whenever I can on the board.

many thanks Flack.. Thumbs Up

Best of luck to you Flack and I wish you all the best health and happiness in your new chapter in life Thumbs Up

I had the pleasure of meeting you once when you and Geoff flushed my gearbox. It was in Ent's lockup, you may remember - I did the bacon butties Laughing

I'll never forget driving home with an 'as new' gear change and a whole new vocabulary of swear words from Geoff

All the best, enjoy Thumbs Up

Never had the chance to use your services Flack, but would’ve done so in an instance had the opportunity arisen.

All the best in your retirement.
Enjoy.

With all the mechanics kit removed, Flack's D3 will feel like a sports car so why change?
