Fitting Fixed Tow Bar

Chassis on '10 D4 - Is there something i'm missing in order to fit the tow bar, hole seems too small for provided bolt & isn't threaded.

The bolt goes in to a threaded piece inside they chassis.

Did you get anything in the kit? Looks in the instructions you have to add it in as it comes in the kit. Mine was already in the chassis as it's disco 3.
